Your mind is a computer. Let it compute. Have your hypnosis message tailored to a specific number of calories per meal. You may have Dr. Scearce limit you to 250 calories per meal or you may want a 500 calorie limit to slowly taper the cravings. An alternative may be for your message to limit you to 1,000 or 1,500 calories per day spread over 3, 4, or 5 meals and snacks. Let the message be altered to fit your needs and the new lifestyle your crave.
